We make adoption easy for our clients. We don’t send a large survey or spreadsheet asking you to fill it out for us. We come to your plant and study your data – that’s the beginning of the process for customizing our mass and energy balance ‘engine’ to accurately model YOUR operations.

We work closely with a designated Project Manager at your facility via structured weekly meetings. It typically takes six to eight weeks to build a model that you can begin using. We work with your team to train Users, and continue to tweak and improve the accuracy of the model until you’re satisfied with the value it delivers.

Prospector is a ‘light touch’ on your IT systems. We install and maintain our software on your server, and each User accesses the model as a Client. Updates are pushed to the server, and in turn to each User at your site.

We make regular back-ups of your saved Plans. On-Site Training is included with the cost of the Site License, when the model is ready to roll out to all users. In addition, we offer on-line training for new users, provide updates on new features, and share tips on ‘best practices’ as appropriate.
